Do you think that you can never get rid of the fat on your back?
You should know that this is not a problem that can`t be solved. Maybe it is hard to lose weight and get rid of the fat on your back but it is not impossible. Nothing is impossible!!! You’ve gained some weight and you can notice that on your back.
- If you’re a guy, chances are you’ve struggled with your stomach area (and particularly the lower part of your abs and your obliques), and the lower back region.

You would like to get the results immediately, but be patient and everything will come in time. You will have to start with some basic exercises. I know you seek immediate results, but you just have to work to see them!
Perform every round for 1 minute with 45 seconds rest between rounds.
Day 1: Reverse Fly (Beginner’s Level – 4 Rounds)
Day 2: Standing Twist (Beginner’s Level – 4 Rounds)
Day 3: Alternating Superman (Beginner’s Level – 4 Rounds)
Day 4: Rest day or Yoga
You will need a day to rest your body and that should be the fourth day. You can do some yoga because it would help you spiritually.
Day 5: Seal Jumping Jacks (Beginner’s Level – 4 Rounds)
Day 6: Bent-Over Dumbbell Rows with a Twist
Day 7: REST
