Medical Science University of Iran conducted a research where it was proven that by implementation of spice into your daily diet, you will burn fat in your body.
Namely, this research included 88 obese women divided in 2 groups of. It is interesting that participants from the both group consumed a healthy diet in a period of 3 months and the intake less than 500cal pre a day. The only difference between these groups was consumption of spice (cumin). The first group was consuming mixture of yogurt and 140g and 3g of cumin on an empty stomach in the morning, while the second consumed the same breakfast but without the spice.
Still, the most interesting part are the results. Namely, after period of 1 month, the first (cumin) group burnt 14 pounds more compared to the second group. Additionally, the second group lost only 4.91% fat, while the first one burnt unbelievably 14.64% fat.
Filosterole is compound of cumin that prevents the retention of cholesterol in the human body and that actually is the main reason for burning the fat. We can conclude that this powerful spice significantly boosts the metabolism and burns the excess pounds in the body.
