There are millions of people who have sleeping difficulties or suffer from insomnia. It is quite difficult to struggle to fall asleep every night and it was scientifically proved that sleep deprivation has various negative consequences on the overall health.

Experts explain that insomnia is extremely frustrating and debilitating, and except the sleep, it affects almost every aspect of life.

There are many different factors that cause insomnia, including biological factors, unhealthy sleep patterns, psychiatric and physical medical conditions. In addition to that, insomnia at some patients is caused by certain substances and activities, such as caffeine, alcohol nicotine or eating heavily, particularly spicy foods, before going to sleep. It is scientifically proven that chronic insomnia has negative impact on the quality of life and in same time substantially raises the risk of depression and high blood pressure.
