The joint pain is unpleasant condition that causes discomfort, soreness and inflammation in the joints. Nowadays, a lot of people suffer from this medical issue, regardless of their age and gender.

Processed and Red Meats

These types of food contain chemicals such as purines and nitrites that are able to increase pain and inflammation in your body. In addition to that, the processed foods have high levels of advanced glycation end products (AGEs), toxins which can cause inflammation. Instead of consuming processed meats, it is advisable to include fresh vegetables in your diet.
