Panic Attacks And Anxiety Linked To Low Vitamin B6 And Iron levels

According to a recent Japanese study, there is a strong link between panic/anxiety attacks and vitamin B6 and iron levels in the blood.

This study suggests that getting occasional panic attacks manifested by episodes of hyperventilation may be a result of inadequate nutrient supplementation.

 

Panic attacks and hyperventilation attacks are paroxysmal psychiatric episodes and the symptoms strike out of the blue.

A person is diagnosed with this condition if he experiences at least four of the symptoms below:
